Google Play has the Nexus 4 available for purchase in Canada again today. They have the 8 GB model for $309 and the 16 GB model for $359.

Both models include free shipping and will ship in approximately 1-2 weeks time. These sold out fast last time, so if you are interested order soon.

The 16 GB is probably the better option, as the 8 GB model only has about 5 GB useable storage left out of the box.
