Sears is going bankrupt and has very bad customer service. Unless you enjoy headaches and the possibility of having your money stolen, don’t shop at Sears. I know it happened to me.
From my personal experience Sears wholehome line of beds are not made from materials that are good for human beings. I know I bought one of them and returned it and Sears will not give me money back even though they picked up the mattress. They owe me $850
