If you have purchased Activia yogurt products or DanActive probiotic drink products between April 1, 2009 and November 6, 2012 in Canada you could eligible for $15 to $50 back. This is due to the class action lawsuit that has been filed against Danone refuting the health claims of their product. For further information on the matter, please read on here.
How do I make a claim?
- If you are a resident of Canada who purchased Activia yogurt products or DanActive probiotic drink products between April 1, 2009 and November 6, 2012 and do not wish to pursue your own settlement, simply fill out the claim form provided.
How Much can I claim?
- You can claim $15 without a purchase receipt.
- With purchase receipts you can claim up to $50. If the value is under $50 you will get the exact amount claimed, all other values will equate to $50.
How do I submit my form?
- Once you have all your receipts gathered and the form completed you can submit your form via regular mail, email or through the collectiva website.
It’s worth noting that this agreement is not final yet and will not be until after November 6th. Claims can be filed as of right now however.
