Google Play has the Nexus 4 available for purchase in Canada again today. They have the 8 GB model for $309 and the 16 GB model for $359.
The 8 GB model has already sold out, but keep checking back for stock. The 16 GB model is still available, however delivery time is 7-8 weeks. The more people that cancel out the quicker this will ship and there will be people who cancel out. Availability also may change at any time as they get more stock.
The 16 GB is probably the better option anyways, as the 8 GB model only has about 5 GB useable storage left out of the box.
